I purchased some hosting and other purchases through them for the John Crestani InternetJetset program. I cancelled the services less than 2 weeks later.

I was well within the "30 day money back GUARANTEE". That was August 12th 2017. To this day I have not received a penny back from them. Their customer service agents, Jack and Charles are the rudest jerks I have ever dealt with.

They just keep coming up with new hoops for me to jump through. The latest was that they "couldn't find any record of my transactions" so I needed to start over again with the refund process. Is this how they stay in business?? By stealing money from people???

They're trying to wear me down so I will just give up. Sorry but they don't know me :))))
