The person that tended to my question in Spanish was very helpful she really went out of her way to assist me. I sought her help because after trying to get through on the phone numbers listed I could not get through. Every time I asked for an operator I would be transferred and than after a couple of scratchy rings I would get disconnected, very frustrating. I finally decided to request Spanish assistance and it worked very well and all was taken care of. Thank you Anthony R Salazar

My debit card is not working
I got a voicemail that said my card may have been used without my permission. I dismissed it because I thought it was a scam. Lo and behold, my card stopped working so I called Travis.
User's recommendation: Such a nice person on the phone! She helped me figure it out AND laughed at my silliness!

Very Deceitful
I needed to purchase a car after ours was totaled. So my wife and I purchased a car from a local dealer and financed it through Travis Credit Union. So the loan officer was pushing the life insurance and disability insurance for the loan, my wife and I decided to get the life insurance on the loan. Well seven months later my wife died and I notified Travis Credit Union. We had automatic payments set up for the loan through our Travis checking account. Well when I notified Travis my wife had died they froze our accounts without telling me. (I found out when my automatic bill pay was not paying my bills.). But the bigger issue was Travis refused to pay off the loan even though we had purchased the insurance policy on the car loan. Will never do business with them again

Don't Use Coolhandle unless you can afford to be ripped off!!
I purchased some hosting and other purchases through them for the John Crestani InternetJetset program. I cancelled the services less than 2 weeks later. I was well within the "30 day money back GUARANTEE". That was August 12th 2017. To this day I have not received a penny back from them. Their customer service agents, Jack and Charles are the rudest jerks I have ever dealt with. They just keep coming up with new hoops for me to jump through. The latest was that they "couldn't find any record of my transactions" so I needed to start over again with the refund process. Is this how they stay in business?? By stealing money from people??? They're trying to wear me down so I will just give up. Sorry but they don't know me :))))

What's your problem?
as a resident for thirty years I find this comment to be offensive. If you have a specific complaint, list it. Obviously you have a personal vendetta and personal problem to deal with. Why not tell us what it is. Since the current board has been in power they installed a fitness center, a bicycle storage room, an indoor playroom for kids, a book library in each of the two laundry rooms, which is updated on a regular basis and cleaned every morning. The outside landscaping is constantly improved and new trees have been added over the last several years. A new roof is about to be installed. Fios and Time Warner are both available in the building Ms. Seigal is always available to talk and converse. So tell us, what is your specific complaint?

Grover Cleveland Tenants Corporation - Co-op Forest Hills Queens
If you are thinking of buying a co-op in the Grover Cleveland, RUN! DON'T WALK. An out of control board led IMO by a vengeful, lying, psychopath named Leslie Siegel, a property manager who IMO is a slumlord named Ken Lovett - who refuse to make repairs - and a building that has no super for six months. Six to seven previous supers have quit over the last five to six years. Employees threaten other employees with physical violence. One employee tells other employees who to give attention to based on how much tips they give out. STAY AWAY FROM 67-3* 108TH STREET if you value your money and sanity.

Travis refuses return funds
I over paid Travis credit union for a car loan. They owe me over $274.00 and refuse to refund this to me without a letter and documentation proving I am a power of attorney for loan. I was first told it would be 30 days for retuned money, now I am being told, I am in no way getting my money refunded to me. I am done with Travis credit union. I took out a loan for a car, paid it on time every month for 7 years. I over paid the last payment and now Travis refuses to return my money to me. I am going to local media news with this and will write every bad review possible for Travis Credit Union. If you want a good credit union to serve you, choose Sierra Credit Union, they won't disappoint.

Many people living in the Grover Cleveland are upset at the Board and despise Leslie Siegel and her gang of destroyers. Learn more about this building:
